About

A First Class Honours Textile Design graduate, specialising in Printed Textiles. My passions lie with creating complex conversational repeat prints, whilst incorporating a sustainable focus. I believe this is important in order to minimise the environmental impacts cause by the textile industry. Using my extensive CAD knowledge and drawing capabilities, I enjoy developing intricate designs suitable for interior outcomes.

My work placements with House of Gharats, Imogen Heath Interiors and Paul Smith Kidswear have provided me with first hand industry experience, allowing me to expand my skills and explore designing for both fashion and interior ranges.

Achievements include;

> Awarded 3rd Prize in The Bradford Society of Textile competition, designing for childrenswear.

> Winning first place in live brief group project for company ROMO.

> Shortlisted for the i-dott award, designing a captivating conversational print for Cole & Son.
